Treatment and Support Applications for CY2022 are now closed.
Funding requests for CY2023 will be available in the Fall of 2022.

Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) will be releasing the Application for Funding (AFF) for program proposals to be implemented January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Applications are being accepted for treatment and supportive services for mental health and substance use disorder. Proposals should address the behavioral health needs in the Montgomery County community and align with Montgomery County priority populations identified in the ADAMHS Community Plan. Statutorily mandated services will be given priority.
Those interested in applying for funding must meet the applicable funding guidelines and complete an online application. Applicants may attend a non-mandatory Bidder’s Conference on
Friday, August 26 at 2 P.M. Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, the Bidder’s Conference will only occur online via Zoom.

Alcohol, Drug Addiction, & Mental Health Services of Montgomery County (ADAMHS) will be releasing the Application for Funding (AFF) for program proposals to be implemented July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. Applications are being accepted for prevention and early intervention of substance use and other mental health concerns, and professional educational/workforce development programs in partnership with academic institutions. Proposals should address the behavioral health needs in the Montgomery County community and align with Montgomery County priority populations identified in the ADAMHS Community Plan.

Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services is releasing the Application for Funding (AFF) for program proposals for the Nicholas Residential Treatment Center in the delivery of ASAM Level 3.5 Clinically Managed Medium Intensity Residential Treatment – Co-Occurring Enhanced for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court located in Montgomery County. Selected proposals may be awarded a contract beginning as early as April 15, 2019 and ending no later than December 31, 2019.
Agencies interested in applying for funding must meet the applicable
funding guidelines and complete an online application. To be considered for funding and receive application instructions, applicants must attend a Bidder’s conference on
